The CIPD Trust (Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development) supports people getting into and progressing in work, by harnessing the knowledge, expertise and talents of the people profession. CIPD Trust commissioned Bean Research to develop a new Theory of Change, bringing together its variety of programmes, to clearly articulate its purpose and the difference it seeks to make to people, organisations and wider society. This was developed in collaboration with the team, and CIPD senior management, and will set the structure of its future impact assessment.
