She previously led MEL across the Elton John AIDS Foundation’s small grants portfolio, focused on supporting sex workers through funding for community-led initiatives, and co-managed larger projects across Sub-Saharan Africa, Asia, the UK and the US. Through this work she has built relationships with 25+ grantee partner organisations, providing tailored MEL capacity-building support. She holds a first-class MA in Sociology from Goldsmiths and is deeply passionate about data management and visualisation for adaptive management and evidencing impact.
