We understand how to evaluate, assess, and report the difference you make effectively – we have worked with more than 50 charitable organisations, funders, and corporates and understand how to tailor what works to individual organisations. We have also conducted retrospective impact assessments, conducted annual impact measurements or on-off deep dive projects, but these always result in developing robust impact frameworks to enable consistent measurement forwards.

Researchers first, we use techniques from the most appropriate and robust indicators, and processes such as Cost Benefit Analysis and Social Return on Investment (SROI). We are accredited practitioners at Social Value UK.

We have developed the KAB principle to impact measurement – looking to assess how you create impact through changing people or organisation’s Knowledge, Attitudes and Behaviour.

Charlotte is a regular speaker on Social Impact, including teaching MSc Sustainability and Social Entrepreneurship students at Cranfield Business School.  We are partners of Social Value UK and  are close to the latest data & trends in social development and have a raft of data at our fingertips.

But while we have authored or collaborated on over 30 social impact reports, we are big believers on social impact measurement for improving (as well as proving) the impact you have. We are passionate about how organisations create social impact, not just how they measure it.

In the last year alone, we have conducted impact assessments for Quilter Foundation, ICAP Charity Day, COSARAF, CareTech Foundation, City & Guilds Foundation and Jack Petchey Foundation.
