The Doughty Centre for Corporate Responsibility at Cranfield School of Management was commissioned to guide, chronicle and develop teaching case studies for the world’s largest eyewear company, Luxottica. As part of this, Bean Research was a ‘Guide on the Side’ alongside Luxottica’s sustainability journey over 18 months, advising and benchmarking the global manufacturing and retail organisation on issues such as integration, disassemble, closed loop manufacturing, employee engagement and sustainability communication.
