Working with the Cranfield team, and building on the impact assessment framework we developed for its Foundation, Charlotte and the team developed a Theory of Change, evaluation framework and first social impact report for the business – City & Guilds Group  – both assessing its social impact against its core purpose of ‘Helping people, organisations and economies develop their skills for growth’ and setting out bold ambitions for greater social impact and reporting.
