Working with the Cranfield team, Bean conducted a Theory of Change and evaluation framework for City & Guilds’ £5million Skills Development Fund, developing outcome and impact indicators, collating and reporting collective impact of the fund on its funded organisations, and the beneficiaries, as well as wider society and economy. Over its 3 years, we presented annually to Trustees, as well as City & Guilds’ wider Council. We also work with its grantee charities to support them better assess and report their impact.
“Charlotte and the team have worked with us and our funded partners closely to develop a theory of change for the Skills Development Fund and deliver strategic impact assessments, clearly articulating how we impact on people, organisations and wider society”.
